Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 230 g mayonnaise
- 2 serranos, seeded
- 75 g onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 30 ml honey
- 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 150 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- Mash: In a large bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice.
- Blend: Transfer avocado mixture to a blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
- Chill: Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. Makes about 2 cups
Chef's Notes
- 75 g of onion is about half a medium-sized onion
- You can also substitute hot honey to add a little zing
