Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbs honey
- ½ C olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Blend Base: In a blender, purée vinegar, onion, and honey until smooth.
- Emulsify: With the blender running, slowly stream in the oil until fully emulsified.
- Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Store: Transfer to a squeeze bottle. Refrigerate up to 1 day; bring to room temperature before serving.
