Caesar Salad

Directions

  1. Season Bowl: Add salt to a salad bowl. Add onions and crush with two forks against the bowl until broken down and fragrant.
  2. Build Base: Crush garlic and anchovies into the onions, one at a time, using the same method.
  3. Assemble: Add eggs, salad oil, vinegar, and lettuce. Toss well to coat the leaves.
  4. Finish: Add Parmesan and croutons; toss again.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately, finishing each portion with freshly ground black pepper.
