  1. Marinate: Trim excess fat from tenderloins. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, add tenderloins, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  2. Prepare to Cook: Remove tenderloins from marinade and drain, reserving the marinade.
  3. Bake: Place tenderloins on a wire rack and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, turning frequently and basting regularly with the reserved marinade, until done.
