Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
Full Recipe
- 2 C Bisquick
- 1½ C milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon-sugar (Equal parts)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Half Recipe
- 1 C Bisquick
- ¾ C milk
- 1 eggs
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon-sugar (Equal parts)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ C semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Directions
- Mix Batter: Stir Bisquick and milk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Flavor: Add vanilla, sugar, cinnamon‑sugar mixture, and chocolate chips; mix until combined.
- Heat Griddle: Preheat a nonstick griddle to 325-350°F.
- Cook Pancakes: Pour batter using a ¼ C measure. When bubbles rise and pop, flip (or check edges with a spatula).
- Finish: Cook both sides until golden brown and serve.
