Directions

  1. Mix Batter: Stir Bisquick and milk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  2. Flavor: Add vanilla, sugar, cinnamon‑sugar mixture, and chocolate chips; mix until combined.
  3. Heat Griddle: Preheat a nonstick griddle to 325-350°F.
  4. Cook Pancakes: Pour batter using a ¼ C measure. When bubbles rise and pop, flip (or check edges with a spatula).
  5. Finish: Cook both sides until golden brown and serve.
