Chopped Cheese Salad

  1. Cook Beef: Place the patty on the grill or griddle and chop as it cooks. Add onions, jalapeño chips, cheese, and taco seasoning. Cook, mixing, until beef is done, onions are translucent, and cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
  2. Prep Plate: Line a salad plate with 1-2 large lettuce leaves. Add shredded lettuce in the center to form a bed.
  3. Assemble: Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the lettuce.
  4. Top & Serve: Finish with sour cream, jalapeños, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and tortilla chips. Sprinkle lightly with taco seasoning as garnish.
