Chili Crisp and Honey Roasted Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- 2 tbs chili crisp
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 C cooked rice quinoa, farro, or any other grain will work too
- 1 tbs chopped chives for garnish optional
Directions
- Preheat: Heat oven to 450°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or coat with olive oil. Cut salmon into four equal strips.
- Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, combine chili crisp and soy sauce.
- Coat Salmon: Brush salmon with some of the chili crisp-soy mixture and set aside, using about one-third to one-half of the sauce.
- Roast Broccolini: Toss broccolini with olive oil and seasonings. Arrange on the sheet pan, leaving space for salmon. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Add Salmon: Remove pan from oven and add salmon. Drizzle salmon with honey. Return to oven and roast for 12 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from oven. Serve salmon and broccolini over rice. Drizzle with remaining sauce, extra honey, and chives if desired.
Chef's Notes
- Quinoa, farro, or any other grain will work too
