Pommes Mont d'Or

Ingredients

• 4 C mashed potatoes
• ½ C Gruyere cheese
• 3 eggs
• Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix: Combine eggs with mashed potatoes in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Assemble: Transfer mixture to a buttered gratin dish and spread evenly. Top with cheese.
3. Bake: Bake at 400°F until heated through and golden on top, about 30 minutes.
