Sesame Ginger Dressing

Directions

  1. Blend Base: Add carrots, shallots, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, and seasonings to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Emulsify: With the blender running, slowly stream in canola oil until emulsified.
  3. Finish: Add sesame oil and blend briefly to combine.
  4. Store: Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
