Shrimp Slaw Sandwich with Garlic Lemon Aioli
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked shrimp
- 2½ C broccoli slaw
- 1½ C mayonnaise
- 1½ tbs lemon juice
- 1¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large loaf bread
Directions
- Prep Shrimp: Peel, clean, and cook shrimp; set aside.
- Make Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Prepare Bread: Hollow out some of the bread to create a channel for the slaw and shrimp.
- Assemble Slaw: Spread some of the mayo mixture on the bread; combine the remaining sauce with the broccoli slaw.
- Build Sandwiches: Add slaw to the bread, top with shrimp, and cut into desired-size sandwiches.
