Shrimp Slaw Sandwich with Garlic Lemon Aioli

  1. Prep Shrimp: Peel, clean, and cook shrimp; set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
  3. Prepare Bread: Hollow out some of the bread to create a channel for the slaw and shrimp.
  4. Assemble Slaw: Spread some of the mayo mixture on the bread; combine the remaining sauce with the broccoli slaw.
  5. Build Sandwiches: Add slaw to the bread, top with shrimp, and cut into desired-size sandwiches.
